Do you offer sale or return?

We do not offer sale or return as part of our service, however we are able to discuss the possibility on orders over £1000 net.

I have a charity number, can I claim the VAT back from you?

We are unable to claim the VAT back on your behalf. VAT must be charged on all orders delivered within the UK and Northern Ireland.

My Goods are faulty - how do I return them?

We understand that the most important part of your fundraising event is to raise funds. If you find you do have products that do not work, please contact us no later than 7 days after your event and we can advise you about collection and a refund.

What is the shelf life of the products I am purchasing?

Shelf life on all our products are 2-3 years providing they are stored in a dry, cool and dark place.

How long will the products last?

All our battery operated products include batteries and are replaceable. OmniGlow products glow for up to 12 hours.

How safe are these products?

All of our products are tested for quality and safety. Our environmental commitment ensures that we are fully compliant to ethical work practices with regular inspections taking place in all of our factories. We are proud to be members of the WEEE Directive which actively promotes the recycling of products through the provision of dedicated recycling centres nationwide.

Our chemiluminescent products are manufactured by the industry standard that is 'OmniGlow' both here in Europe and in the US. Many other chemiluminescent products on the market today contain DBP - a dangerous chemical that is just one of many that is banned, rightly so, in the UK. OmniGlow is the world leader in glow products, with patented safety and quality elements that no other brand can use - no other glow supplier is close to this standard.
